Give Back Yoga Foundation supports and funds certified yoga teachers of all traditions to bring yoga and mindfulness techniques to underserved and under-resourced segments of the community. Join us in sharing the transformational power of yoga with the world, one person at a time.
Mindful Life is about opening up to our inner life, and becoming more aware of our emotions, our thoughts, our actions – and how they affect ourselves and others. It’s about feeling like we’re more in the present. And it’s about the way we treat each other – and the way we treat ourselves.
Come join us for a journey through what it can mean to live a mindful life. We have an extraordinary group of presenters who will help guide us. And we’ll have each other – and our own stories and experiences – to learn from and be inspired by. Be part of a community of people who are committed to exploring this path of living a more mindful life.

Our last festival event was a one day Kirtan festival in Denver. An Om grown all organic festival that featured local musicians, artists and yoga teachers, a fabulous community meal, and ended the night with the soulful offerings of C.C. White “The Queen of Soul Kirtan” and Dave Stringer “Volcano of a voice!”. A celebration that lifted our Souls!! Our next festival is being planned for the fall of 2016.
