A supportive meditation cushion can be helpful for correcting your posture while sitting on the floor or during your meditation practice.
Cushions can be beneficial in strengthening your core and reinforcing your posture.
Start by sitting in a simple cross-legged position, but a cushion is not limited to use only for meditation. You can use the cushion in your yoga practice which may included restorative yoga or simply to sit on the floor.
The name of a meditation cushion is zafu the translation is – za means sitting or “sit” and fu means cushion, so it translates to sitting cushions that supports.
