September 17, 24, October 8, 15, November 5, 12 (our last class of the fall will be held on a full moon!)
The purpose of these yoga classes is to practice with the intent of processing grief or difficult emotions, so those emotions don’t get stuck in our bodies.
Structural Yoga seeks to adapt yoga to fit your body’s abilities. It is yoga adapted to your body – not everyone else’s – and seeks to align your body within its limits. Structural Yoga also emphasizes Vinyasa (the practice of flowing transition between poses), breath work, and developing strength through asana(poses)

At Catspaw Studio we believe the key to navigating modern life, is learning how to pause – using art, yoga and our own Catspaw Cushions to create a space that supports you on your unique journey. We encourage you to pause during the jumble of everyday life.
If you live in the Denver Metro area:
Make an appointment with us. Our studio is in northwest Denver. If you are in south Denver, check out Tattered Covered – Aspen Grove . Or if you live in the Boulder area, Boulder Bookstore or Old Tibet
Also we invite you to explore our the art and journal – Inside the Belly of the Whale original transformative art. Part of pausing is being able to set with our pain from unresolved grief, loss trauma. I invite you to visit Keeper of the Treasure, it is a right brained approach to how we process grief, loss and trauma.
