It’s a new year maybe should start with – What do you want for this new year?
Many people start really strong, going to the gym, eliminating a food and within a few weeks into the new year they give up and things seem overwhelming.
Instead of resolutions, the question should be – What do I want to happen during the new year.
We are now back to the practice of pausing. Learning how to sit, breathe and figure out what you feel, think and how you want to live are all things that we can answer but the hard part is allowing ourselves the time to sit with how we feel. There are practical things we can do that will help us figure out what do I want and it may change after we are in well into the new year.
